岗位职责 Job Deｓｃｒｉｐｔion:

1.Own the management of product & technology database in terms of both database maintenance and sales support with proper data reference.负责嘉格纳产品技术信息管理，包括技术资料库的建立及维护，管理项目业务中有关于产品技术信息的输出。

2. Build up GGN technical service standards for project sales to facilitate the partner experience with customer. 规划嘉格纳项目的技术服务体系，提升合作体验及售后品质。

3. Set up systematic and customized product and technology training assets from professional perspective. 制定嘉格纳技术培训体系，提升在技术层面的专业性（针对不同人群）。

4. ｄｅｌiver proper solution and proposal by working directly with the ｃｏｕｎｔerpart; ｅｘｅｃute guidance and technical support during the installation process.

负责与项目业务中与客户的技术对接，保证厨房方案的技术合理性，并给予现场安装过程中的技术指导与监督。

5. Monitor and collect insights of market trend as well as that of the competitors; Share consolidated MI in a timely manner through internal and external trainings.

负责行业中竞品相关的技术信息收集及分析，提供相关报告并结合到内外部的培训中，提升技术信息储备。

专业资质要求 Professional Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历

2. Good communication skill, result oriented, strong work commitment and can work under pressure. 出色的沟通技巧、结果导向型、责任心强、抗压能力强

3. Good command of English and office software Excel、PPT、Word etc. 英文良好，能熟练使用办公软件

4. Experience in real estate industry is preferred 有房地产行业工作经验优先
