Job Deｓｃｒｉｐｔion:
GQM-LCCL is responsible for LC products(Washer, Wash Dryer, Dryer) lifecycle quality management. By identifying and monitoring quality performance in the field, and leading the E.E.S. problem solving which supported/collabrated by business partners, to ensure quality figures can be fulfilled as plan. GQM-LCCL offer a contribution to outstanding product quality with a focus on product reliability and product safety.


The tasks for Laundry Care Lifecycle Quality Engineer:
1. Responsible for LC products field return parts/appliances analysis, and summarize the findings into report.

2. Deep dive field data analysis, and figure out the deviation from TCR/CR/EDC.


深度分析市场不良数据, 识别TCR/CR/EDC等关键质量指标的异常点.


3. Lead the problem solving, including root cause analysis, action implementation, effectiveness tracking, lessons learning summary.Problem solving based on abnormal findings.


主导问题的解决, 包括原因的分析, 改善对策的导入, 有效性的跟踪, 以及经验总结.


4. Technical support and cooperate to core-team (Factories, CS, GQM-LCC internally), eg. failures analysis, risk evaluation, quality target setting.


对工厂, 客服和GQM-LCC内部的其他部门提供必要的技术支持, 比如不良的分析, 风险的评估, 质量目标的设定等.


5. Sustainable optimization for failure analysis method/tools/process.


对缺陷分析的方法/工具/流程的持续优化.


6. Field failure analysis lab management (analysis devices, tools, 5S, etc).


市场缺陷分析实验室的管理, 包括分析的设备, 工具以及5S等.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor / Electronic or mechanical related. 本科 / 电子或机械相关专业优先.


2. Electronic or Home appliances related quality field, and at least 3 years working experience. 电子或家电相关质量领域, 至少3年工作经验.


3. Professional skill on MS Office. 熟练使用MS Office 软件.


4. Be familiar with problem solving tools, eg. 8D, 6 Sigma. 熟悉问题解决工具, 比如8D, 6 Sigma.


5. Fluent English skill, both on speaking and writing. 流利的英语读写.


6. Good and team collaboration & team work. 良好的团队合作.
