r ?
r 1. Manage and coordinate the overall activities for project quality management in China (including Road Map Projects, Basic-/Pre- Development Project, Lifecycle Project, VA/VO etc.) to ensure success launch of RGC-PLC new products/projects.
r 2. Coorperate between GQM-CLCD and GQM-CL to define projects quality target (TCR, CR, EDC) & KPI and track measures to ensure Quality strategy implementation in new projects.
r 3. Lead Project Quality Leaders in each project to evaluate & release projects Milestones on the basis of Technical Quality Requirement and Perceived Requirement, generally support Project Quality Leader’s common issues in different project team (e.g. Requirement Egnineering, Problem Solving, etc.)
r 4. Driver quality architecture, input quality requirements to program/product/production architecture. Work together with SWG team, clear quality definition for each SWG and contribute to TCR 1% fulfillment.
r 5. Ensure the internal collaboration of GQM-CLCD with other QMx funtions
r 6. Continuously improve the process internally and externally (e.g. PDP, CQP, etc.).
r 7. Integrate the technical risk assessment with proper process and tools (e.g. FMEA, TRAsT, etc.) in project.
r 8. Develop Quality Project Leader’s competence.
r 9. Collaboration for import appliances release in China.
r 10. Organize annual MoDQS meeting.
r Professional Requirements
r 1. Bachelor or above on major in machincal, mechatronics, electronics or material
r 2. 5 years releated work experience in cooling industry
r 3. 3 yesrs project experience
r 4. 3 yesr leadship / management experience
r 5. 2 years Multi-culture Experience
r 6. Good English skill on communication and writing
