DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Support to conduct Scientific Injection Molding. 2. Support and ｅｘｅｃute medical validations, root-cause analyzing and how to eliminate challenges on existing and new products. 3. Lead and coordinate the technical discussions with customer, internal and external; Participate in customer meetings in relation to technical suggestion. 4. Provide and work out engineering data during RFQ stage such as cycle time, machine tonnage, product weight as well, but not limited to. 5. Cross function with other departments for continuous process improvement; Recommend improvement actions on projects with emphasis on cost, process time, productivity and 6S. 6. Implement work-flow procedures; Attend meetings regarding process- and quality-challenges; Participate in FMEA management. 7. ｃｒｅａｔｅ and release SOP, WI and documentations where it’s      needed when it’s injection molding process related. 8. Support production improvement and problem-solving activities where and when it is needed. 9. Support QA to complete 8D report with analysis tools. 10. Provide and receive training where needed. 11. Support Program department close NPI on time. 12. Other tasks assigned by superior.   REQUIREMENTS: 1. 5+ years work experience in plastic injection molding, manufacturing industry. 2. Knowledge and understanding in tooling, molding and injection molding machines. 3. Knowledge and understanding in Scientific Injection Molding. 4. Good discipline in ｅｘｅｃution of Medical Validation Processes. 5. Demonstrable ISO13485, GDP and GMP practices. 6. Good communication in Chinese and English. 7. Good sense of pro-active team work, being self-motivated.   PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: 1. Work experience in silicon injection molding manufacturing industry. 2. Knowledge and understanding about Lean six sigma / CAD, UG, Pro/E / Minitab is plus. 3.Working experience in foreign capital company.
