英语 客户管理 Job Description Responsibility 1)Handling customer inquiries 2) Attends to issues raised by customer and offer solution to the issue in coordination to concerned department3)Issue inquiries in ERP to get renderings & costing & sample, or sourcing similar models for customers directly 4)Issue quotation sheet to customers 5)Tracing the sampling development and arrange samples delivery 6)Provide inquiry recap to customers and keep communication with the customers 7)Issue PI for potential order 8)Isuse operation of confirmed orders in ERP system9)Check the pending orders and shipment schedule and payment statement for customers10)Propose new renderings/models to customers to get more potential orders 11)Other tasks supervisor assigned 12)Be sensitive on costing13)Issue invoice and packing list for the shipment14)Can call and talk to client not only by email15)To work with Product team for merchandising plan to client16)Handle customer complains and after salesQualifications 1)At least 3 years experience in customer service ideally in WATCH industry, well experienced in dealing with the customer. 2)Must have excellent spoken & written English and good computer skill. 3)Strong communication skills and able to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms. 4)Willing to learn and be patient, responsible, independent, trouble shooting.5)Must be an out-of-the-box thinker in catering to solutions given to customers to define world-class service delivery 6)Graduate of any 4-year business course福利:五天八小时制,周末双休,五险一金(全薪),住房补贴,餐饮补贴,带薪年假,节日福利薪资待遇:10K-15K
