Manage customs operations of TRS SY, including effective leadership and compliance assurance for import, export, e-acｃｏｕｎｔ and duty refund operations.Develop and deploy effective internal controls with regards to TRS imports and exports via multiple ports and modes, including implementation of standard operating procedures with company designated agents (i.e. customs brokers and freight forwarders).Develop and deploy solutions to complex business scenarios impacted by trade regulations; serve as the key subject matter expert resource for TRS SY.  Drive process changes across the functions in order to ensure compliance to the involved regulations and to Tyco policies, standards and procedures with regards to international trade compliance. 管理和协调与海关和商检有关的贸易合规的业务，包括但不限于加工贸易下的电子账册的管理，一般贸易进出口，进出口许可证等。

Education：

Bachelor of international trade or business administration preferred

Working experience：

Over 6 years of customs operation experience in  processing trade managementForeign trade or customs business relevant knowledge。
