Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1,Responsible for the overall layout planning of the plant and the detailed layout of the production line. 

2,Optimize the layout plan of the whole factory, and promote implementation after approval.

3,Accurately ｄｅｌineate functional areas of each department and propose plans for new or layout changes proposed by each department. 

4,Check and ｕｐｄａｔｅ the layout of the factory every quarter. 

5,Plan and implement new production lines. 

6,Lead team to implement the CIP .

7,Organize the discussion of lean production team, participate in the discussion of various lean schemes, and guide the lean thinking of team members.

8, Based on the annual CIP, use the company standard tracking and reporting system to advance the project  process and ensure the timely closure of the project and the achievement of the goals. 

9,Responsible for monthly CIP project promotion, summary and reporting. 

10,Responsible for measuring all cycle time for all processes in the factory.

11,Measurement of cycle time for all processes of all products. 

12,Complete the evaluation of the beat time of each procedure of new products in the quotation.

13,Evaluate the difference between the actual cycle time and the cycle time in the quotation after the new project SOP, and formulate and implement the improvement plan to meet the quotation requirements. 

14,Responsible for the production capacity improvement plan of the mass produced products and the team implementation.

15,Participate in the acceptance of new equipment technical agreement and relevant cycle time and equipment layout. 

16,Responsible or lean knowledge training. 

Minimum Qualifications:

1,Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineering. 

2,Training experience of lean technology is a plus. 

3,>5 years working experience in process control of plastics injection or stamping manufacture.

4,Solid skills of MS office, CAD software, or SAP.
