Job Responsibility
1. In ｃｈａｒge of RCA & RBC service and ｃｒｅａｔｅ about 280 -320 bookings every week, ensure contract party & bill to party correctly when booking ｃｒｅａｔｅd.
2.Release booking No. within half working day after the booking order received.
3.Generate reports and send to related people: booking list, EDI, and CBF.
4.Control amendment requirements from customers, help customers to solve the problem
5.Control BSA & Booking , if booking received >30%, inform sales dept. to further action
6.Special cargo: DG & OOG, should be applied to principle by OP department before accepting;
7.To make decisions promptly when there are changes. Do vessel renomination if Port call omission, 2nd vessel ｄｅｌay or full.
8.Apply 2nd vessel space.
9.Assist to filing on SSE.

Required Competency
1 year relevant experience in shipping/freight forwarding
College, transportation/shipping is preferable
Bilingual in Chinese and Written English
Computer literate (MS Office, e-mail and DCS).
