JD:
1. Responsible for change management activities including preparation of associated quotations for SGM/GM as part of Automotive Customer Group.
2. Provide voice of the customer within LEONI, so that their key requirements are understood.
3. Main interface for Sales Account Management to Leoni Engineering, Operations, Finance and Project Management.
4. Gathers and consolidates all input data for business plans during customer RFQ phase.
5. Maximize profitability using change management process.
6. Process customer orders, ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and follow up on past due invoices.
7. Support Sales Manager and Head of Sales for sales forecasting, preparation of sales offers, and other topics within Sales Account Management.
8. Checks, updates, and maintains orders and prices in relevant systems.
9. Provide comparison reports for actual Sales Volumes vs budget, vs rolling forecast vs customer forecast.
Requirement:
1. Ideally educated with Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or equivalent
2. 2 to years of experience in automotive sales/commercial environment
3. Fluent written and spoken English
4. Excellent IT Skills / MS Office
5. Strong communication, report writing and presentation skills.
6. Prepared to travel to Leoni manufacturing locations and customer sites in China
