Main Tasks:

1. Function specific responsibilities:



Ensures strategic planning for his/her area of responsibility services, goals, capacity and budgets

Ensures global planning and coordination of specific subject areas

Takes decisions within his/her area of responsibility

Represents his/her area of responsibility and subjects externally and internally

Coordinates preparation and release of internal instructions/documentation within his/her area of responsibility

Manages specific know-how globally

Initiates and ensures optimization and standardization of new and existing processes globally

Assesses solutions and takes decision for deviations and escalates according to defined escalation paths


Role deｓｃｒｉｐｔion



Manages the project stakeholders also beyond the direct project environment, on Business Unit / Plant / Central Function level

Pro-actively leads and builds the project team and manages external resources

Makes decisions within the project (work, time and resource planning as well as quality aspects)

Prepares the bid, identifies premises that are relevant for project contracts, and provides customer presentations

Performs within the expected competences as a Project Manager at LEONI

Qualifications required

1. Education: Bachelor degree

2. IT: Microsoft automation is must

3. Languages: Familiar with English, German is plus;

4. Professional competencies: Technical background on manufacturing , Product design

5. Working Experience: 2+ years
