Responsibilities:

1.Conducting on-site service for Coperion and Coperion K-tron products ( material handling systems, feeders, valves, etc.), which comprises installation, wiring check, I/O check, start-up, commissioning, trouble-shooting, claim management , training and maintenance.

2. Realisation of PLC program modification or software modification by WinCC as required.

3.Supervise and ｅｘｅｃute installation and commissioning of material handling systems. Coordinate all relevant on-site construction works with the installation company/ owner. Monitor site progress and report project status to the Project Management. Schedule tasks and staff in accordance with contract conditions, customer’s requirements and cost budget.

5. Startup and commissioning of conveying system at customer site.

6.Ensure that the installation quality is consistent with the project requirements. Apply the EHS requirements on site

7.Follow-up open issues until completion of project, submit formal acceptance certificate and archive files and documents on server.

8.Act professional at site to achieve full customer satisfaction.

9.Recommend spare parts and preventive maintenance service to customer.


Requirements:

1.Graduated from College or above, majored in Electrical Engineering/ Automation with strong electrical background.

2. Having a good command of Siemens PLC touch screen and WinCC including software and hardware. Being familiar with frequency converters, such as ABB’s, Siemen’s

3. Good understanding of technical drawings such as P&ID, wiring diagram, logic diagram. Can read Chinese and English technical drawings and related specifications and standards.

4.Above 5 years relevant working experience in site service for chemical/ petrochemical/plastics plants. Experience in feeding and conveying system as well as project management are preferred.

5.Ability to independently analysis problems on site. Customer solutions shall be proposed and carried out in close communication with the Service and Order Handling department.

6.Strong communication skills, result-oriented and with team-spirited, initiative working attitude and high motivation.

7.Willingness to travel frequently, being able to work under difficult condition and be flexible to work overtime and on weekends.

8.Good Chinese and English communication skills, both in speaking and writing are mandatory.
