Responsibilities:
2. Review order release request, assist the Finance Manager on request analysis and decision making according to the customer’s credit term and AR status;
3. Manage and track orders with special terms, typically the winter storage orders, to make sure revenue and AR is booked correctly;
4. Prepare monthly AR statements to commercial team to coordinate the reconciliation with customers and follow up for the collections with Commercial team;
5. Prepare the DSO/Aging report by customer, assist the Finance Manager to review with Commercial Team, and follow up for outstanding cases;
6. Prepare the annual credit review report and support Finance Manager for the review with commercial team, coordinate the credit term ｕｐｄａｔｅ.
7. Ensure the sales rebate is properly accrued by customer and SBU. Perform the related Balance Sheet Review and true up as necessary.
8. Have a good communication with FP&A team to correctly understand the financial implication on any new business moｄｅｌ and correctly reflect in acｃｏｕｎｔing.
9. Work with FP&A team quarterly FCST and annual plan of AR, rebate accrual and tax expenses.
10. Assist manager to identify the process improvement areas and work with related stakeholders to drive changes.
11. Assist manager on Corporate Project, e.g., preparing data, making analysis, and improving process with guided instruction.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance or acｃｏｕｎｔing;
2. Over 5 years working experiences in acｃｏｕｎｔs receivable management or other relevant /similar acｃｏｕｎｔing areas,
3. Effective communication and coordination skills, among the department and cross-functional. Project management experience is preferred.
4. Proficient computer skill on Excel/PowerPoint, and rich knowledge with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
5. Good language capabilities for both English & Mandarin, fluent in both written & spoken (CET 6)
6. Open minded, willing to learn new things and self-motivated
7. Ability and passion to drive changes for process improvement
