职位描述：

    a)   进行制成品的货物入仓检验，并按时完成检测，满足航运和生产进度安排。
确保实际存在的和潜在的质量问题能够被发现，评估，记录，报告给相关的人员。
通过检验说明书判定产品，进行目视和测量检测，必要时退回产品返工；
重验返工。

Perform incoming inspection on finished goods accurately and within the time frame required to meet shipping and production schedules. Ensure that actual and potential quality issues are identified, evaluated, recorded, and reported to appropriate persons.

Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for rework when necessary; confirming rework.

   b)   填写验货报告，记录检查结果，并上传验货没有通过的详细照片以及数据到VMS验货模块数据库。
确保所需的文件和记录的生成和维护。
令所有记录和数据库有系统地，准确地贮存，可以很容易被检索得到

      Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, taking and uploading photos  detailing inspection failures; inputting data into VMS inspection module database.

Ensure that required documentation and records are generated and maintained. Keep all records and databases organized, accurate, and stored in such a manner to be easily retrievable.

     c)  检查产品，并提出建议，以确保遵守既定的程序和规范

Inspect product and make recommendations to ensure compliance with established procedures and specifications.

    d)   维持相关的质量体系文件的具体检查功能；
并按客户的检验细则和标准操作

Maintain Quality System documentation specific to related inspection functions, and make the operation as per the client’s inspection details and standard.

    e)   根据CDS要求的标以及客户的SOP要求，评估入库产品。

 Evaluate incoming products according to the criteria detailed in CDS requirements, while also following the customer’s SOP’s as required for all items.  

  1. 根据客户的要求，分析导致失败的根源以及把你的发现报告主管/经理。

As per client’s requirement, help analyze the root cause for any inspection failures and     report your findings to your supervisor/manager

     i)   如有需要，与主管/经理沟通，建议返工或者将验货没有通过的产品返货工厂。

Communicate with supervisor/manger to suggest the rework or return of failed svendor if

necessary. 

 k)  按照操作说明保持测量设备运转， 如有需要报告主管修复。

Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and reporting to supervisors for repairs when necessary.

技能和经验要求：

要求至少2年在制造环境的生产及质检或检测经验。
熟悉AQL检验标准

Minimum 2 years of production and quality assurance/inspection experience in a manufacturing environment required. Knowledge of AQL inspection standards

基本的英语书面和沟通技巧。
必须能够使用OUTLOOK与我们的客户通过电子邮件沟通。

Good English in written and communication skill.  Must be able to communicate in English by email with US customer using Outlook.

在制造或分销行业环境之中提供经验成熟的质量检测程序及方法

Proven hands-on experience with quality control inspection procedures and processes within a manufacturing and/or distribution environment.

了解各种工具和检测设备的安全使用和应用

Knowledgeable in the safe use and application of various hand tools and testing equipment.

注重细节和过程. 能够平衡及工作时间和工作质量

Detail oriented and process driven. Able to balance timeliness and quality.

有良好的沟通能力，能通过口头和书面的方式，与其他部门沟通关于产品和包装的缺陷. 能快速适应新产品和新技术。

Ability to communicate well with other internal departments through verbal and written means regarding product and packaging deficiencies. Rapid adaptation to new products and technologies.

至少有高中毕业文凭学士或相关副学位的技术文凭。
电气，机械或化学工程领域为佳。

At least high school diploma Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a technical discipline is required.  Electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering areas of study are preferred.

熟悉机械检验技术方法。
熟悉各种产品测试方法知识

Knowledge of mechanical inspection techniques and equipment. Knowledge of product testing in variety products

能阅读组件说明书,并能采用适当的方法来检查这些与组件相关的文件的能力

Ability to read component specifications and apply appropriate methods to inspect the components associated with these documents.

Must be able to work on your feet and stand for long periods of time during working hours.

1. 五天工作制，周末双休；
