? Assign teams, establish work processes, and monitor staff performance to ensure customer satisfaction

? Set minimum standards for NVOCC group to achieve in work flow processes (e.g., Issuance of B/L, A/N, D/O, etc., PSA and SA transmittal, etc.) Ensure teams handle their assignments in prompt, thorough, and accurate fashion (i.e., ensure staff provides qualiflication to customers)

? Oversee day to day NVOCC operations, help resolve problems, and assist staff with difficult issues

? Supervise and train staff to ensure data accuracy and integrity

? Ensure customers understand reasons for any revisions or problem data

? Maintain close ties to vendor community in efforts to build customer satisfaction and to maximize business opportunities

? Sales, hospitality, and/or assistance for all customers or prospective customers travelling through the Region

Qualification任职要求
? University graduate with Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management is an asset
取得工商管理或者供应链管理相关专业的大学或以上文凭
? Extensive business experience within Supply Chain/Logistics or a combination of Merchandising and Supply Chain roles an asset
在供应链/物流或销售和供应链角色的资产丰富的业务经验
? Education and/or work experience overseas is preferable
