职位描述：
-Support our new products/solutions to obtain license for various regulatory, such as FCC, CE, UL, CB, SRRC.
-Participate in and provide valuable comments for cross-function teams on new products/solutions development from EMC and safety perspective.
-Make proper plans and control compliance process to meet shipping schedule.
-ｅｘｅｃute and coordinate testing required to support regulatory submissions both in house and 3rd party’s lab.
-Identify product critical specification parameters and confirm compliance as outlined in the test plan during design and process validation.
-Review and approve product labeling in accordance with regulatory requirements.
-Monitor engineering changes for existing products to determine if new/revised submissions are needed.
-Maintain existing regulatory filings/licenses, managing ｕｐｄａｔｅs and related change control process.
-Maintain internal databases with Certifications.
-Support documentation team to archive/document license of certifications.

职位要求：
-ｍａｓｔｅｒ/Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering or other relevant/equivalent work experience.
-3~5 years of experience in compliance and regulatory, RF/RFID based equipment is desirable.
-Extensive experience in world-wide regulatory compliance requirements, eg. CE, FCC, UL, CB, SRRC, etc..
-Very familiar with RF technology such as Bluetooth, WIFI, RF/RFID wireless products, able to evaluate the applied testing standards and requirements.
-Experience of working, negotiating and interfacing with certification bodies like SGS, TUV, UL, etc..
-Previous experience in a laboratory environment is advantageous.
-Knowledge of EMC and safety standards.
-Knowledge of RF/RFID communication technologies.
-Proficiency with laboratory tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, ｎｅｔwork analyzer, signal generator.
-Have technical mindset and enjoy solving technical problems.
-Be flexible, proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to prioritize work and work under pressure.
-Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
-Multi-ask oriented, Good team player.
-Be able to generate testing reports in English, spoken English is a plus.
