职位描述：
-Define the process documentation system scope.
-Implement and maintain the process documentation system.
-Administer Nintex.
-Manage Document control.
-Provide training in Nintex and Process Management.
-Develop and implement the Audit Team/Audit Program (Once a Process Management System is implemented and/or if there are global standards to be certified in).
-Report indicators of process documentation implementation.
-Design strategies to engage the employees with the implementation of the Process Management System (Nintex Gameboard).

职位要求：
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management or quality management.
-2 years of experience in a similar position.
-3 years of experience as internal auditor (ISO 9001).
-ISO 9001, ISO 19011, process mapping techniques, process mapping software (Ex. Visio), knowledge in manufacturing processes, root cause analysis methodologies, process improvement methodologies.
-Ease to adapt to new software technologies, critical thinking, results oriented, effective communication, acｃｏｕｎｔable, business acumen, personal effectiveness, technically inclined, leadership, familiar with workflow functions and associated IT programs.
-Good command of Microsoft Office and English.
