·          Collect customer queries to both sales and other units for the confirmation and clarification.

·          Issue order acknowledgement & pro forma invoice upon receiving customer’s orders, process data entry/checking in related order system and get layout approval from customer then arrange order job bag to production.

根据收到的订单和客户确认订单信息，开具形式发票，在相关订单系统录入数据，图稿确认,之后安排订单工作袋到生产。

·          Instruct vendor to fill with required customs documents and prepare the complete customs documents to I/E dept. for customs clearance, require vendor to settle payment based on agreed payment term and inform shipping dept. to arrange ｄｅｌivery

指导客户填写必须的客户文件，为进出口部门准备完整的资料清关，要求客户根据协定的条款及时安排付款，通知发货部门发货。

·          ｃｒｅａｔｅ sales order and maintain customer data in CKPV

创建销售订单，维护CKPV中的客户数据

·          Handle customer compliant and feedback to customer for corrective & preventive action

处理客诉，回复客户解决方案和预防措施

·          Check AR with customer and collect outstanding payment.

和顾客确认应收款，收集未付款项。

·          Communicate effectively with customer on timely basis via phone call and email to handle their enquiry including selling price/ lead time/ship mode/acｃｏｕｎｔ application/order guide in Checkｎｅｔ and so on.

通过电话和邮件及时与顾客沟通处理有关销售价格、交期、发货方式、账户申请、在Check ｎｅｔ 上下单等等。

·          Partner with other functional departments and units for order production/ｄｅｌivery arrangement/invoice issue/customs issue/stock issue…

和其他部门就订单生产、发货安排、发票、库存等问题进行合作…

·          Provide sales data and support to sales as well as backup support to other team members.

提供销售数据、为销售和其他成员提供支持

Pass instruction from both sales and other units (UK/US/Terborg…) to other functional departments in plant

把销售和其他分公司的指令传达给工厂相关职能部门
