Responsibilities:

1\Set up standard operation time, blue collar workload, ｃｒｅａｔｅ working instructions, process flow ｃｈａｒts, checklists and other related documents for the production process;

2\Optimize production layout, internal logistic analysis and improvement, improve surface utilization;

3\Capacity analysis, resource optimize, continue improve productivity, assist production to solve problem;

4\Identification and optimization of assembly process for increased efficiency and productivity to achieve reductions of manufacturing costs.

5\Design and optimize Jigs and tools to improve production efficiency and quality.

6\Other jobs assigned by superior

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineer, mechanical or equivalent;

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in machinery

3. Strong sense of responsibility, team player；

4. The reliable ability of statistical analysis, project management and problem solution

5. Good communication skills and bilingual in English and Chinese

6. Familiar with CAD and other work software

7. Knowledge of “lean” and “Continuous Improvement”
