oSupport key acｃｏｕｎｔs of construction (steel structure)/ general machines manufacturers/ other GI manufacturers (potential) with the target to strength our leadership and to achieve turnover/ profit
oIdentify specific trends in these segments as well as customer needs and push for future innovative developments
oAct as information platform in China for these mentioned industries and regularly communicate with Global Customer Segment Management and VSP Team, to gain access to new solutions in welding technology for customers and to gain access to market trends for our internal organization
oFor each defined key acｃｏｕｎｔs in these industries in China, work out an individual strategy, to ensure a sustainable development of the customer together with Global Customer Segment Management and Fronius China management
oDevelopment of a strategy to keep the customer
oCoordination & Implementation of group standards
oEstablishment of relationship management
oImplementation of customer specific developments
oContinuous exchange of information with customers/ Global Customer Segment Management /Sales Team
oWork closely with Global Customer Segment Management /Sales Team/ TSN and other important business stakeholders
oNational Responsibility for defined Key Acｃｏｕｎｔs
oResponsibility for sales development for defined Key Acｃｏｕｎｔs
oRealization of Key Acｃｏｕｎｔ Strategy
oDuty to inform Global Customer Segment Management
oResponsible for implementation & ｅｘｅｃution of Business Plan (Definition of objectives, activities, and tasks)
Requirements

Professional skills
oExcellent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
oExperience in the industries of construction (steel structure) /general machines / beverage / Pharmaceutical Equipment etc.
oFamiliar with industrial trend and government policy
oKnowledge of welding equipment is preferred
oExcellent communication skills
oGood at coordination for business activities
oWilling to travel and work under pressure
oExcellent Presentation skills
