岗位职责：
？Drive and support business owners to assess the process as part of internal control assessment campaign
？Be an operation-minded business partner to enhance, improve and ｃｒｅａｔｅ where necessary new procedures
？Evaluate the implementation of internal control procedures, by testing the design and efficiency of the controls
？Ongoing follow up of action plans defined and make sure action are on track.
？Prepare all internal control supporting doc.by quarter, make sure in line with global request.
？Feedback regularly on current situation and progress made
？Other ad hoc. assigned by supervisor.
任职资格：
1.Foreign Language：Fluent in oral and written English
2.Major ：Acｃｏｕｎｔing/Finance
3.Some legal/compliance experience
4.Functional Knowledge：
3-5 years working experience in audit firm，big 4 will be plus； Understanding/knowledge of manufacturing process and business environment,
familiar with auto parts industry will be plus
5.Personal Competency：
Good interpersonal communication skills；Result-oriented, organized, quick adaptability to the work；Personal integrity；Have a strong sense of responsibility；Active and initiative, team spirit
