职责描述：
Responsibilities:
1.熟悉汽车塑料内外饰零件设计开发流程
Be familiar with the design and development process of automotive plastic interior and exterior parts
2.具备涉及与电子相关的内外饰零件的设计开发经验
With experience in design and development of interior and exterior decoration parts related to electronics
3.具备独立完成产品数据、图纸和材料清单（BOM）表等工程技术文件的能力
With the ability to independently complete product data, drawings, bill of materials (BOM) and other engineering and technical documents
4.协助制定设计方案，力求在保证功能、外观要求的情况下成本最低
Assist in the development of the design scheme, and strive to minimize the cost while ensuring the functional and appearance requirements
5.协助处理客户提出的问题并参与解决
Assist in handling problems from customers and participate in solving them
6.及时总结开发过程中发生的问题和经验
To summarize the problems and experience of the development process in time
7.熟练应用Catia及UG等设计软件
Proficient in using design software such as Catia and UG
8.了解尺寸公差链的计算
Understand the calculation of dimension tolerance chain
任职要求：
Job requirements:
1.教育：大学本科学历及以上，工科类专业。
Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering.
2.经历：3年相关行业工作经验。
Experience: 3 years of working experience in relevant industries.
3.其他：正直诚信，主动积极，有团队精神。同时，应掌握下列要求(包括但不限于)：几何尺寸和公差（GD&T），失效模式及后果分析（DFMEA），计算机辅助设计。
Others: integrity, initiative and team player. At the same time, the following requirements (including but not limited to) shall be compulsory : geometric dimension and tolerance (GD&T), failure mode and effect analysis (DFMEA), and computer-aided design.
