职位描述：
Job description:
The Unix Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining high availability of our Linux servers which are hosted internally and at a remote IDC. You will be responsible for maintaining services like sendmail, LDAP directory, imap, httpd, and secure access to them. You will also install and configure new software on the servers, as well as performing backups on our (MySQL) databases. In the case of machine crash, you be responsible for restoring the system from the backups.
We are currently looking to expand the scope our IT operations. As our Unix Systems Administrator, you are responsible for setting up clusters of J2EE application servers on Linux for our QA lab. Other new projects include a VPN, a Wiki service, an automated build and testing system, etc.
We ask our Unix Systems Administrator to be flexible and adaptive to the needs of our ever-evolving environment. The Unix Systems Administrator is expected to be self-motivated, be able to research technology, specify features, estimate and schedule tasks, as well as complete tasks in a timely manner.
