工作职责:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and detail-oriented Trainer with strong organizational and communication (presentation) skills to join our Training Team.

？Communicate/discover training needs, develop the training schedule

？Conduct effective business and operations induction and orientation sessions

？Maintain the training record and materials, optimizing training materials based on data and research

？Keep the close cooperation with AI teams to continuously output qualified employees in line with the job requirements for the team

？Track and compile collected performance data, follow up and evaluate trainee’s performance

？Conduct training satisfaction surveys and get feedback from the trainees

？Follow the Training & Coaching SOP and provide the valuable feedback

？Consultation with other trainers, line manager, and leadership; deal with all kinds of work from Training Manager/Supervisor

任职资格:

？Bachelor’s Degree or above

？Proficiency in both verbal and written English

？At least 2 years related working experience, better in tourism industry, or used to be a trainer or work for some management consulting company. We prefer someone who was engaged in AI chat-bot operation and understand how to maintain knowledge base.

？Strong data insight and analytical skills

？Proficiency in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.

？Familiar with online training tools and have relevant training experience

？Proficient communication skills, active learning capability, and a teamwork spirit

？Great at internal and external coordination, and strong ｅｘｅｃutive ability
