光学设计 Job Responsibility：We are looking for a Display Designer inside the R&D Function for the BL Cluster and I&T.The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:? To identify and define tools needed to support development activities? To release display specifications following incoming or internal requirements? To perform design, measurements and validation tests with in-house optical lab? To support and monitor supplier to insure quality expected at each milestones? To audit with purchaser and quality department potential new or current suppliers? To study new display technologies? To support overseas developments by doing the link between suppliers and other Marelli R&D center location. It includes same monitoring and parts validation than for local development? To support other Marelli skills during development (Mechanics, Software, hardware, System)? To support production for ramp up and running phases? To follow corporate design guide lines and quality procedures? To organize design reviews? To follow project milestones defined by the project leader? To report to the professional line team leader about workload and achievements.? 负责显示屏及其他相关零部件，例如触摸屏、盖板玻璃、光学贴合等的开发工作；
? 负责依据客户输入撰写规格需求，协助采购工程师选择最合适的供应商；
? 负责显示屏的光学测试及验证，有效推动供应商解决问题，保证项目开发的各节点达成目标；
? 利用相关开发工具及方法，例如 Design review，DFEMA，Lessons Learnt 等，保证项目中显示屏的开发质量；
? 负责跨部门（例如硬件、软件、结构、测试等）与显示屏相关的的沟通协助，并跨区域与全球光学部门进行相关沟通；
? 协助生产线与显示屏相关的搭建与调试工作；
? 协助稽核并开发新的显示行业供应商；
? 了解学习新型显示技术，并协助团队制作原型样件。Key Skills：? At least 3 years of experience in display field? Display development experience (automotive, consumer, avionics, industrial business areas)? Experienced in display validation and design ? Advanced English read and write skills, basic oral English communication skills? An experience in TFT electronical design would be a plus? 有 TFT 显示屏电子电路设计经验者优先? An experience in automotive display field would be a plus? 有车载显示开发经验者优先
