Job Description:1. 2-years rotation in sales, National Key Account customer management & National Category or Channel trade marketing functions to equip basic knowledge. 2. In each function, he or she will take junior position to get hands-on training and on job learning to build their competence. 3. Lead and drive projects/ initiatives with the clearly defined deliverables. 4. Data collection and analysis, generate report to develop data insights. 5. Understand Nestlé sales business process, develop an understanding of the sales channel and customers. 6. Engage with different team cross-functionally and develop Nestlé Customer relationship. 7. Ensure sales target achievement and activity execution.8. Other tasks assigned by line manager in each rotation.Qualifications:1.Fresh graduates with bachelor and above degree.2. Enthusiastic to join FMCG industry – Nestlé fan preferred!3. Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.4. A good team player with flexibility, leadership skills, passionate to learn & to win.5. A quick learner who likes challenges and is able to perform under pressure.6.
