Set Area sales objectives, priorities and execution plan
1) Define and implement channel strategies with Marketing
2) Define commercial strategies for all retail wholesalers and key retail Chains
3) Define detailed call plans for the field force
Lead Area sales force:
1) Lead the deployment and management of team assuring efficient and effective use of resources
2) Communicate sales strategies, key initiatives, and goals while supporting the team’s execution to plan.
3) Prioritize and organize account plans while facilitating the team’s building of their individual territory strategies.
4) Meets with individuals regularly in the field, calling on accounts and reviewing strategies.
5) Performs all management tasks including, comprehensive analysis of geographic potential, business review of individual team member’s territory, expense reports.
6) Provide feedback and coach on field interactions, successes, challenges, and developmental opportunities
7) Mentors and develops team based on Nestle Leadership Framework and Sales Functional Competency Framework.
