Position Overview 岗位概述:
The scope of this position is to ensure the delivery of highest quality of customer service and welcoming; as well as working together with the restaurant and bar teams on organizing the flow in order to run a smooth operation.

The Role 岗位职责:
Ensure all guests are welcomed in a very courteous manner
确保所有客人宾至如归
Build the hostess team confidence and personality through consistent training plan
通过不断的培训计划,建立领位员的自信心
Plan and configure the table assignment for every shift/service
所有班次或服务的座位安排
Follow up on service sequence and be proactive to avoid guests complaints
完全遵守服务流程,积极主动的避免客人投诉
Work closely with the managers/supervisors and ensure a clear communication
与餐厅经理主管时刻保持沟通
Ensure guest request and feedback, both verbal and written are responded to promptly and efficiently
能高效口头书面同时传达客人的要求和反馈
Take ownership and be fully responsible for the reception area and team
全面负责前台的区域与团队
Ensure the reception opening and closing duties are well performed
确保完成前台开档和收档的工作
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求
Minimum two years in Hostess position in the food and beverage industry
至少两年餐饮相关职位经验
Sociable, outgoing and talkative person
善于交际,性格开朗,善于聊天
English speaking skills 英语口语技能
Have a strong sense of leadership, ownership and common sense有领导力,能动性
Ability to work under pressure能在高压下工作
