Position Overview 岗位概述:

The Assist spa manager will cover and management spa daily operation, can handle guest complaint by themselves, and assist Assistant SPA Director with the supervision, management and growth of all Spa staff. Have ability to interview, train, schedule, monitor employee performance, discipline and complete payroll for all personnel who report to him/her. Assist spa manager have a good mastery of computer and any office software, and know about how to analysis spa revenue statistics and spa guest type. Creating spa seasonal promotions, know How to build customer relationships and keep customers engaged.

水疗副经理能够掌控和管理水疗中心正常运营,同时具备独自处理客人投诉。协助水疗副总监管理和提升员工,能够面试,有面试、培训、计划、监督员工表现、纪律和完成所有员工考勤的能力,能够熟练操作电脑和办公软件,知道如何去分析水疗营业额指数和水疗针对的客人类型,参与水疗季节性促销的设计, 清楚如何建立客户关系保持客户粘性.


The Role 岗位职责:

Assist the Director of Spa with the supervision, management and growth of all Spa staff
协助水疗总监管理和提升员工

Excellent sales skills to capture all potential business and assist the spa Director to meet the monthly budget.
出色的销售技巧,能抓住所有潜在的业务,协助水疗总监完成每月预算

Understand Forbes 5 Star Spa standards, train staff and implement them to ensure smooth operation.
了解福布斯五星水疗标准, 培训员工, 贯彻执行确保运营的顺畅

Ability to supervise and motivate employees
有能力监管和激励员工

The ability to interview, train, schedule, monitor employee performance, discipline and complete payroll for all personnel who report to him/her

The ability to monitor the Forbes standards and mechanical effectiveness of all facilities, report deficiencies as they occur and follow-up

The ability to maintain a safe and hazard free environment for all staff and guests and promote safety awareness at all times.
能够为所有员工和客人维持一个安全、无危险的环境,并在任何时候提高安全意识

The ability to review all suggestions and comments from guests and make necessary adjustments.
能够听从和反思客人的意见并做出相应的必要整改

The ability to be responsible for the administration of goods, requisitions, inventories, storage and cost effective usage of all department related materials and assets, according to Standards to ensure smooth operation.
能够负责所有部门相关物资和资产的管理,包括采购、库存、仓储和成本有效使用,根据标准以确保顺利运作

Good cross-departmental communication skills to assist in completing departmental activities and to ensure a supporting team of professionals.
有良好的跨部门沟通能力,协助完成部门活动提供专业的支持。

The ability to work closely with the Engineering department to maintain proper mechanical operation of all Spa equipment.
与工程部有着良好的工作关系,确保设施设备的维修

The ability to be cross-trained in all functions of The Spa.
能够接受水疗中心所有不同岗位的培训

The ability to respond properly in any Resort emergency or unsafety situation.
在任何紧急或不安全的情况下都要做出适当的反应

The ability to assist other departments when possible
能够协助其他部门当需要的时候

The ability to utilize all computer systems relevant to the department.
能够熟练操作本部门不同的电脑系统

The ability to maintain a log with important information to be passed on to Director of Spa
能够持续的交接重要信息给到水疗总监

The ability to anticipate, in advance, all materials and supplies and ensure their availability
能够预期并提前所有物资的供应

The ability to anticipate risks to ensure that unnecessary losses are avoided.
具备预见风险的能力,确保避免不必要的损失


Talent Profile 能力&技能需求

Minimum two years combined general Human Resources and supervisory experience. Prior hotel experience preferred
两年以上工作和管理经验。有酒店工作经验者优先
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
优秀的英语阅读、写作和口语能力
Excellent communication skills.
卓越的沟通技巧
Basic knowledge of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office and Fidelio/Opera preferred
理解基本的办公软件,Fidelio/Opera经验者优先
Supervisory experience preferred
有管理经验者优先
A thorough understanding of Spa treatments and The Spa environment
透彻了解水疗理疗项目和水疗行业
