ｅｘｅｃutive Assistant to CEO

Position Deｓｃｒｉｐｔion
Report directly to our CEO, the ｅｘｅｃutive Assistant will work very closely with the CEO, besides all assigned business arrangements and communications related to CEO, (s)he should also taking care of the plant facilities. The working location is in Zhonglou District, Changzhou City.

Responsibilities
-Maintain daily schedule for the CEO, attend internal or external meetings, take meeting note and act as interpreter when needed.
-Format information for internal and external communication, announcements, memos, presentations, reports
-Act as the point of contact among CEO, other ｅｘｅｃutives, employees, clients and other external partners, especially routine coordinate between the CEO and sales team.
-Travel arrangement and other back office support for CEO
-Handle general administration work of the plant, including receptionist, canteen, clean-keeping, travel agency, office suppliers etc,
-Coordination for the plant and office building decoration

Requirements and skills
-Proven working experience 8 years in multi culture environments with at least 3+ years’ experience as assistant to expat ｅｘｅｃutives.
-Absolute discretion and confidentiality
-Excellent in both oral and written English is a MUST
-Proficiency in MS Office and most common office software and applications
-People oriented and results driven
-Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
-University degree in related field
