1.Produce periodic action plan based on the Business Plan and ensure that the sales team is conducting business according to the set objectives.

2.Keep abreast of current market trends and research competitors.
保持对目前的市场趋势的认知,做好竞争对手酒店分析和市场调研
3.Assists in the development and implementation of the Sales and Marketing plan.
协助制定促销战略和经营计划。
4.Monitors and evaluates contemporary sales initiatives and trends.
监督销售计划的贯彻和实施。
5.Reports on the effectiveness of Sales and Marketing programs.
汇总市场营销手段的有效性。
6.Assists in setting up systems to monitor achievement of departmental and individual goals and objectives.
协助建立有效的体系,监督部门及个人目标的完成情况。
7.Periodically accompany all sales managers on site inspections, client appointments to ensure consistency in sales process and quality standards.
定期陪同所有销售经理进行酒店现场考察,与客户会面,确保销售流程和质量标准的一致性
8.Manages & assists in strategic department planning and development.

9.Institutes suitable process to allow for efficient and effective utilization of departmental resources.

10.Assists in developing procedures for implementation and monitoring of reporting systems.

11.Accesses and analyzes sales and marketing data.

14.Collect and analyze guest feedback for use in business decisions; Ensure associate recognize the importance of exceeding guest expectations

15.To ensure that all information related to all accounts are recorded in system and filed accordingly, and the accuracy of information in the systems is maintained at all times.

16.Assist in the set up on strategies and tactics for each account and ensure that all DMH resources are appropriately used.

17.Conduct account review and account audit to check on the information obtained for each of the accounts.

18.Review Call Reports to ensure that all accounts are properly managed.

19.Ensure that sales call plan is set up by all sales associates and the plan is efficiently used.

52.Strictly supervise food hygiene and safety to ensure that relevant operations comply with the standards and requirements of the local government and YDMH Group.
