该职位属于特瑞堡集团IT团队，工作地点在苏州。该职位的主要职责包括协同IT团队执行基础设施支持服务、相关任务和活动。 该职位主要涉及微软平台应用程序、Windows 服务器/桌面、LAN/WAN/WLAN/VLAN。该职位汇报对象为外籍IT经理，IT团队由亚太多国人员组成，日常项目会议以英文为主。

工作职责Tasks and Responsibilities：
1Implementation/Installation and administration/maintenance on all aspects of IT infrastructure services in coordination with responsible IT management.
2Support of asset management processes following defined Trelleborg Policies and IT standards.
3Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves IT infrastructure incidents as the first/single point of contact for all Trelleborg users.
4Assist 1st and 2nd level support to resolve complex issues and escalations to 3rd level.
5Education of users based on Trelleborg processes to make optimal use of Trelleborg business systems.
6Perform documentations, support implementation and adherence of new and/or improved IT processes following Trelleborg IT standards.
7Problems, solutions, results of project work as well as any elaborated results within the area of responsibility must be documented.

任职要求Requirement：
1Bachelors degree. Equivalent combinations of IT education, experience, and certification will be considered.
2A minimum 3 years’ experience of working in a preferably global IT organization supporting Microsoft platforms underlined by respective systems support training certificates, such as; MCP, MCSE or equivalent.
3Good verbal/conversational and written communication skills in English combined with the ability to communicate effectively with technology teams, managements and end users.
4Experienced in interacting with external suppliers & service providers.
5Technology experience, support and troubleshooting knowledge of Active Directory, Outlook, WDS/SCCM/KACE and Microsoft server administration as in Windows Servers 2003/2008/2012/2016.
6Have experience supporting ｎｅｔwork devices such as Cisco or HP.
7To have experience of using/supporting/trouble-shooting Backup ｅｘｅｃ, MS DPM and/or Barracuda.
8To understand RAID technology, to set up and trouble-shoot it.
9To understand TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS, DNS, User Management, File Security in Windows environment and have an experience of supporting them.
10ａｄｄitional WAN/LAN/WLAN infrastructure experiences or any other technical certifications are an advantage.
