WHAT YOU WILL LEAD

You will act as a business partners to shape Data strategy and interface between IT and Business to stimulate, surface and ｄｅｌiver demand. You will lead to develop methodologies and strategies using a broad array of communication tools to inform, persuade, influence, direct and facilitate analysis and communication across stakeholders. You will closely work with business team and Data technology team to implement cost effective, secure and compliant Data solutions including requirement, evaluation and analysis, deployment, validation, support, training, etc. You also manage the Data landscape and roadmap which aligns with business priority and goal.

Communicates business needs with technology solutions team to gain alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.Helps drive necessary change and acｃｏｕｎｔability within the business and IT Leadership to achieve initial and lasting value from IT Initiatives.Work with business and Data technology team to prioritize the Data projectsWork with Data technology team to evaluate, deploy, validate, training and support, documents the Data solutionsLiaison with Global Data technology COE to ensure complete alignment with technology, strategy, and best practices as well as adopting them in the regionsMaintain an engaging relationship with various group among business, technology COE, and external parties as to ｄｅｌiver the results efficiently.Act as experts for data collection, advising teams and stakeholders on best practices and proposing innovative solutions. Ensure a high quality of data and compliance with applicable pharma industry regulations and standards.Stay current with and adopt emergent data collection, data management, visualization and provision tools and applications to ensure fit-for-purpose and impactful approaches. ｄｅｌiver on solutions as needed.Use data surveillance tools and strategies to provide aggregate level reviews designed to identify patterns or anomalies in our data to ensure high quality results.Organization and integration of data collected from various sources. Partner with stakeholders to understand their data insight needs and offer Data Management solutions. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the data flow from collection through to analysis and filing.
