    what you will lead

    you will act as a business partners to shape data strategy and interface between it and business to stimulate, surface and deliver demand. you will lead to develop methodologies and strategies using a broad array of communication tools to inform, persuade, influence, direct and facilitate analysis and communication across stakeholders. you will closely work with business team and data technology team to implement cost effective, secure and compliant data solutions including requirement, evaluation and analysis, deployment, validation, support, training, etc. you also manage the data landscape and roadmap which aligns with business priority and goal.

    communicates business needs with technology solutions team to gain alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.helps drive necessary change and accountability within the business and it leadership to achieve initial and lasting value from it initiatives.work with business and data technology team to prioritize the data projectswork with data technology team to evaluate, deploy, validate, training and support, documents the data solutionsliaison with global data technology coe to ensure complete alignment with technology, strategy, and best practices as well as adopting them in the regionsmaintain an engaging relationship with various group among business, technology coe, and external parties as to deliver the results efficiently.act as experts for data collection, advising teams and stakeholders on best practices and proposing innovative solutions. ensure a high quality of data and compliance with applicable pharma industry regulations and standards.stay current with and adopt emergent data collection, data management, visualization and provision tools and applications to ensure fit-for-purpose and impactful approaches. deliver on solutions as needed.use data surveillance tools and strategies to provide aggregate level reviews designed to identify patterns or anomalies in our data to ensure high quality results.organization and integration of data collected from various sources. partner with stakeholders to understand their data insight needs and offer data management solutions. demonstrate a strong understanding of the data flow from collection through to analysis and filing.
  • China Digital IT Manager:

    key responsibilities

    act as strategic advisor for each business unit through close working relationships with business partners. acts as strategic interface between it and business partners to stimulate, surface and shape demand. serves as an advisor to business partners to shape their digital strategy with regard to technology and educate partners about it processes, roles, products and capabilities. develops methodologies and strategies using a broad array of communication tools to inform, persuade, influence, direct and facilitate analysis and communication between business and it.

    the role will closely work with business team and digital technology team to implement cost effective, secure and compliant digital solutions including requirement, evaluation and analysis, deployment, validation, support, training, etc. the role also manages the digital landscape and roadmap which aligns with business priority and goal


    key activities

    ?          act as the principal technology advisor and thought leader to the assigned business unit or function. 

    ?          champion to the business for identifying and driving innovative it solutions.

    ?          lead it transformation that drives business results.

    ?          communicates business needs with technology solutions team to gain alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.

    ?          influences and contributes to the overall corporate platform architecture, it strategy and it roadmap.

    ?          represents it within the bus by maintaining a high degree of visibility within the business and attending business meetings and appropriate management forums, providing a central point of information for all related it activities

    ?          assists the business to form/improve process and systems solutions that are appropriate and adequate to satisfy both tactical and strategic business needs

    ?          participate in the quarterly forecasting and it annual budgeting and planning process for the assigned business units, and tracks it spend

    ?          helps drive necessary change and accountability within the business and it leadership to achieve initial and lasting value from it initiatives.

    ?          work with business and digital technology team to prioritize the digital projects

    ?          work with digital technology team to evaluate, deploy, validate, training and support, documents the digital solutions

    ?          communicate the project status to project leader and manage stakeholders’ expectations.

    ?          escalate any issue and risk that might impact the project delivery

    ?          facilitate various group and resolve any conflict that might hold up the project and manage the project on timely basis

    ?          maximize the use of template design and avoid deviation away from standard functionality where it systems are involved

    ?          educate business on the right it process as to maintain right level of governance

    ?          manage the financial planning and outcome and roi of the projects

    ?          ensure high quality project deliverables

    ?          promote, gather, audit, measure and monitor kpis for mobility, social media, ecommerce and user engagement periodically.

    ?          be the it bpo supporting digital strategy and project delivery

    ?          act as the digital sme to help develop working knowledge within the organization to better align commercial capabilities

    ?          liaison with global digital technology coe to ensure complete alignment with technology, strategy, and best practices as well as adopting them in the regions

    ?          develop local technical capability including external vendors to support long term digital strategy

    ?          drive customer experience by innovative technologies

    ?          maintain an engaging relationship with various group among business, technology coe, and external parties as to deliver the results efficiently.

    ?          good knowledge in contemporary technologies in cloud computing, big data, iot etc.

    ?          strong understanding of it application development, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills.
