Summary:
Manage all brands (Footwear & Lifestyle) sample order fulfillment. Cooperate with global teams as well as factories & agents to drive for accurate sample orders, reliable sample schedules, timely ｄｅｌivery, and smooth payment process.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Global Sample team to manage all brands (Footwear & Lifestyle) sample orders with integrated processes from order collecting to payment done.
2. Enact global sample order policy, packing & shipping SOP, shipping instructions and processes, form standards and templates.
3. Lead the implementation of sample processes. Facilitate process improvement initiatives and streamline the sample workflow cross brands.
4. Explore and evaluate new data sources, tools, and capabilities for product information. Improve data quality and data visualization.
5. Leverage skills and tools for systematic management of global samples.
6. Design and propose of the team orientation and strategy plan. Establish motivational and supportive working environment in which team members are enthusiasm and innovative.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the footwear/ lifestyle industry
2. Minimum 2 years in team management
3. Knowledge of merchandising, global logistics
4. Knowledge of sample planning, order fulfillment
5. Excellent computer skills, PLM & Excel skills required
6. Very good written and verbal communication in English
7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
8. Self-Motivated & result oriented
