  • Costing Assistant Manager:
    summary:
    costing assistant manager position reports to the asia costing manager and manages multiple brands. position works closely and cross-functionally with dev-com, material, planning, production and supply chain teams. responsible for delivering seasonal pricing at target mfp margin and price negotiations. position drives cost saving opportunities to maximize company margins, resolve issues during execution, and establish valuable costing sops.
    responsibilities:
    ?manages and delivers pricing according to each brand’s critical path and margin requirements.
    ?actively engage design, development, dev-com, material and production teams, drive a collaborative process to optimize product costs against performance goals.
    ?lead seasonal price negotiations with factories and suppliers for lop, usages, component and process costs.
    ?work closely with cross functional hq to support the company to achieve margin target.
    ?monitor and review reports and information to detect, assess, and identify problems with recommendations to resolve.
    ?build strong partnerships with factories and bu costing, establish performance benchmark, define opportunities and collaborate with bu and factories for improvement.
    ?mentor and coach costing team members.
    ?set direction for team okrs(objective/key results), review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
    ?develop and maintain strong relationships with bu teams.
    ?define a competitive costing strategy, drive to implement comprehensive and efficient costing processes.
    qualifications:
    1. 8+ years of relevant footwear experience in costing and/or manufacturing with
    3+ years of people management experience. has managed and/or supervised individuals
    2. technical experience and knowledge of product construction and manufacturing methods.
    4. strong it systems knowledge and skills including advanced excel
    5. college or university degree
    6. fluency in english spoken and written
  • Senior Costing Manager:
    summary:
    sr. costing manager position reports to the asia costing director and manages multiple brands and brand costing team. position works with key supply chain leaders, global development, asia factories, and suppliers. responsible for high level negotiating factory making costs, delivering seasonal pricing at target mfp margin. manager assesses and improves costing guidelines and procedures. position also works with global costing management to execute costing strategy.
    responsibilities:
    1. general and task management
    ?support continuous improvement through cost engineering techniques and processes, identifying inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities.
    ?monitor and review reports and information to detect, assess, and identify problems with recommendations to resolve.
    ?manage and deliver optimal results from vendor and supplier negotiations.
    ?provide strategic and operational information for leadership.
    2. people management
    ?manage, coach, develop, and optimize team performance to deliver organization’s goals.
    ?effectively manage brand costing team to deliver brand seasonal mfp margin targets.
    ?set direction for team okrs(objective/key results), review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
    ?develop and maintain strong relationships with center of functional departments and factory partner vendors.
    3. strategy and development
    ?contribute to the implementation of best practice, costing strategy, policies, processes and procedures aimed to improve operational performance.
    ?ensure efficient costing processes are in place and to take on project lead.
    qualifications:
    1. 10+ years of relevant footwear experience in costing and/or manufacturing with
    3+ years of people management experience. has managed and/or supervised individuals
    2. high degree of knowledge and understanding of shoes manufacturing processes and ability to evaluate and analyze associated cost.
    3. fluency in english spoken and written

  • 船务专员 Shipping Associate:
    summary:
    shipping associate executes offshore daily logistics processes for us market, provides excellent customer service and visibility to our us counterpart and maintains a high efficiency operation.
    he/she coordinates among vendors, factory planning team, us counterpart and import team to deliver all us-bound shipments.
    responsibilities:
    1.coordinate with factories & logistics service providers (lsp) to ensure on-time shipping and smooth shipping process,
    a. handle booking reports generated by gtnexus system with factories to initiate shipping process,
    b. monitor and coordinate with factories for on-time shipment bookings according to above mentioned various dates, monitor booking data input by factories,
    c. manage online/offline shipment bookings and monitor shipping schedules with factories and lsp in most effective way,
    d. work closely with lsp and factories to address challenges in shipping operation
    2. work closely with vendors, factory planning team (fpt) and us counterpart to execute us shipments based on po ex-factory dates, promise dates, and customer request dates
    a. to identify and alarm any potential delays,
    b. to minimize shipping delays and establish true shipping timeline to us import team
    3. maintain data and reports, and keep track of shipment status, provide visibility,
    a. track & trace/monitor shipment status
    b. enhance communication with us to heighten awareness of challenges related to shipping schedule, space and equipment availability
    4. to perform other tasks as assigned by the shipping supervisor
    qualifications:
    1. college’s degree or above
    2. at least 3 years of working experience in logistics field focusing on shipping, import/export, ocean/air freight
    3. fluent in written and spoken english and mandarin, good communication skill
    4. proficiency in ms office application, especially in outlook, excel, word
    5. advantageous skills:
    a. working experience in forwarder, carrier or 3pl
    b. knowledge about infornexus (former gtnexus), oracle and data analysis
