Summary:
r In ｃｈａｒge of high-level vision of Sourcing IT operational infrastructure. ｃｒｅａｔｅ and articulate the “big picture” of the solution to business owners and IT ｄｅｌivery teams to understand cross functional inter-dependencies and impact. Develop long-term digital strategy plan to achieve the business goals phase-by-phase and keep everyone on the same page with a digital strategy timeline. Define key objectives and ‘to-be” state, identify success factors, and comprehend constraints, challenges, and risks.
r Responsibilities:
r 1. ｃｒｅａｔｅ and maintain the “big picture” of Sourcing IT operational infrastructure.
r 2. Develop the digitalization plan for utilizing technology to shore up operational infrastructure and achieve Sourcing business goals.
r 3. In ｃｈａｒge of IT application and digital related projects pre-research and support the decision making. Bridge business users and IT teams to ensure business requirements well ａｄｄress change/project objectives and validate technical solution and/or processes fulfilling the objectives.
r 4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to assist in the design and implementation of analysis to answer challenging business questions.
r 5. Follow up, analyze, and study the frontier trends of digital intelligent manufacturing and other related fields.
r Qualifications:
r 1. 3-5 years’ experience in business/system analysis and formulating digital transformation program.
r 2. Knowledge on software development life cycle for end-to-end digital supply chain.
r 3. Industry in footwear or lifestyle manufacturing is a plus.
r 4. Solid background in digital transformation methodology and experience with process automation, artificial intelligence, big data, and platform (ERP, SCM) implementation.
r 5. A ｍａｓｔｅｒ’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Economics.
