We are an international company with offices in Wuhu (Anhui) and the UK plus international staff working remotely from many ｃｏｕｎｔries.

Responsibilities:

· Managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles (IT, sales, industry analysts, and Journalists as required) including understanding business needs, drafting job specifications, sourcing, screening candidates, and interviewing until onboarding for new hires.

· Continuously review and improve recruitment processes and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.

· Involved in HR initiatives

· Working with international colleagues in many different ｃｏｕｎｔries through Zoom interviews

· Other tasks assigned by leadership

Requirements:

· Experience in interviewing candidates, and handling end-to-end recruitment activities (starting from 1 year of experience)

· Fluent English is a must since you’ll interview foreign candidates

· Experience with posting jobs and screening CVs a strong plus

· Good analytical skills
