responsibilities:

· managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles (it, sales, industry analysts, and journalists as required) including understanding business needs, drafting job specifications, sourcing, screening candidates, and interviewing until onboarding for new hires.

· continuously review and improve recruitment processes and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.

· involved in hr initiatives

· working with international colleagues in many different ｃｏｕｎｔries through zoom interviews

· other tasks assigned by leadership

requirements:

· experience in interviewing candidates, and handling end-to-end recruitment activities (starting from 1 year of experience)

· fluent english is a must since you’ll interview foreign candidates

· experience with posting jobs and screening cvs a strong plus

· good analytical skills
