关键职责Key responsibility：

 -Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with customers to generate new business  

建立/保持客户关系，开发更多的业务。 

- Answer customer inquiry and analyze request

回复客户询盘并分析客户需求。

- Quotation and bidding management.

报价与应标。

- Ensure sales revenue from customer.

完成销售指标。

- Do necessary design and modifications for packaging solution.

初步的工业包装产品应用设计。

- Follow up ｄｅｌivery, Manage and ensure that receivables are collected on time.

跟踪发货和及时回款。

- Handle customer claims，expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

负责客诉，迅速解决客户抱怨。

- Coordinates sales effort with different internal functions to make sure get the goal.

 与公司内部做好沟通协调工作，确保目标的达成。

- Maintain customer information in CRM system.

应用CRM系统管理客户信息

- Willing to travel. (Mainly in East China Area，familiar with Zhejiang，Shanghai，Fujian) 

愿意出差（主要在华东区，熟悉浙江，上海，福建区域）

任职资格及要求Qualification and requirement ：

- University degree

大学本科学历

- At least 5 years sales work experience, preferably in industrial packaging or chemical industry or petrochemical industry.

至少5年工作经历，如有工业包装或化工行业或石化行业工作背景优先。

- Above 2 years sales experience on KA project with multinational companies;

2年以上跨国企业大客户项目销售经历;

- Well organized and target oriented.

有良好的工作习惯，以目标为导向

- Good communications skills and analytical skills.

拥有优良的沟通技巧和分析能力

- Good presentation skills.

良好的商务演示能力  

- Excellent communicator in both spoken and written English

熟练地英文读写能力

- Experiences of CRM system will be a plus.

有CRM系统使用经验者更佳。

- Drive license.

有机动车驾照。
