Key Duties 工作内容
1.Prepare the shipping and ｄｅｌivery documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
准备进出口货物运输、交付等文件
2.Administers the records and database entries required on Customs and Logistics Management for compliance with regulatory requirements.
能依照海关和物流法规记录和数据库数据录入
3.Be responsible for customs clearance document to be maintained.
处理海关文件
4.Tracking of inbound and outbound shipments to meet the demands of the Business.
追踪进出口货物物流，匹配业务需求
5.Relevant import &export certificates/licenses application
相关进出口证件/许可证申请
6.Other tasks as directed by the company

Required Experience, Competencies & Qualifications 任职资格及要求
1.College diploma degree or equivalent in logistics or supply chain management.
大专及以上，物流或供应链相关专业
2.1-year or above work experience preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
1年及以上物流/供应链管理相关工作经验优先
3.Basic or higher level of computer skills in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio software.
基本掌握办公软件应用，例如Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Visio 等
4.Good English language skills, CET 4 or above preferred.
基本的英文语言能力，英语四级及以上者优先
