    required experience, competencies & qualifications 任职资格及要求

  • 采购专员 Purchasing Specialist:
    key responsibilities & duties 工作职责及任务:
    1)purchase aeronautical parts and subcon repair service to support engine maintenance activities. place po and track delivery status daily, drive vendors to deliver materials on time.
    2)based on production plans, procures and stores adequate materials to ensure on time assembly and delivery of customer engine; when need date is not met, report late materials and applies proper process within the department or across departments to develop solution.
    3)continuously control and optimize the procurement cost in a reasonable range by supplier‘s competition; ensure correct implementation of and compliance to purchasing policy for all activities.
    4)actively communicate with suppliers in a timely manner. monitor quality and service levels, drive continuous improvement.
    5)actively communicate with internal clients to facilitate approval of vendors’ offer.
    6)applies quality management principles in his / her daily work, tracks implementation of supplier relevant corrective actions that are defined in non-conforming reports/internal and external audits.


    qualifications and other relevant knowledge 任职资格及要求:
    ?education: ba or equivalent degree in a business discipline, majored in supply chain, economics, international trade are preferred.
    ?experiences: 1-2 years‘ experience of working in an international purchasing

  • Lean Expert 精益专家:
    duties and responsibilities 工作和职责:
    1. deliver continuous improvement of processes with focus on sustainability, safety, quality, cost and delivery based on internal needs and group strategies where applicable.
    2. lead the evaluation, identification and prioritizing of improvement opportunities to re-design/improve existing or introduce new process employing advanced lean-six-sigma approaches.
    3. promote the development and adoption of “lean-digital” within the entity and in alignment with group initiatives.
    4. facilitate, lead and coach kaizen activities.
    5. lead and guide cross-functional teams to develop actions to implement kaizens on time with expected goal and feedback loop.
    6. identify, evaluate, propose and introduce new process to support daily business.
    7. develop where required and implement analytical monitoring and reporting of key process performance including suitable feedback and alert loops.
    8. identify, share and implement best practices from internal (haeco group) and external sources.
    9. support bim to promote and embed lean culture, lean management mechanism and system.
    10. mentor and support other bi team members to increase their individual capabilities with bim support.
    11. engage on got projects.
    12. complete other tasks assigned by the bim.
    qualifications and requirements 任职资格和要求:
    1. bachelor’s degree or above, major in industrial engineering, data science, statistical, automation, mechanical engineering is preferred.
    2. minimum 8 years’ hands on experience of process design and implementation, aviation industrial is preferred.
    3. familiar with auto-cad/solid works/sap/ppt/excel.
    4. skilled in using at least one programing language (python, java, and javascript, etc) is a plus
    5. skilled in written and oral communication in both mandarin and english.
    6. prefer lean-six-sigma bb certified.
    7. with a proven tracking record of delivering business impact and sustained change through lean six sigma project and programs with deep expertise in process, project and change management.
    8. with proven tracking record of lean-digital project experience.
    9. well understanding of lean-six-sigma principle and toolset with proven record.
    10. excellent ability to drive and manage continuous improvement within cross-functional team through team collaborative event.
    11. improvement/change mindset is essential.
    12. excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    13. self-motivated, result orientated through teamwork
    14. strong personality of ability to convince, collaborate, influence, push or escalate where needed.
