Duties:
Creation of technical documents such as product specifications, user manuals, technical design requirements, firmware documentation, etc
Review of technical documents ｃｒｅａｔｅd by the department to ensure they meet department and company requirements
Updating of Concord library and ensuring components used are accurate and up to date
Ensuring all components ｃｒｅａｔｅd are named and ｃｒｅａｔｅd correctly based on department standards
Making sure BOM’s generated from Altium are up to date, correct and uploaded to the company ERP system
Creation of SOP (standard operating procedure) documents for review and approval
Ensuring all correct documents (e.g. assembly, fabrication, drawings, etc) are generated and stored correctly when a project is completed
Updating documents as requirements change
Creation of various templates for use within the department


Job requirements:
College degree or above
2 – 5 years experience with creating technical documents
1 year experience in Altium Concord Library management (not an absolute as we can send the candidate for training in this regard)
Experience with Altium
Ability to communicate fluently in English
