job requirements任职资格:
1.bachelor’s degree in a related field such as quality assurance, engineering, or manufacturing.
2.at least 5 years or above working experience in qc role in electronics industry.
3.proficiency both in oral and written english
4.knowledge of quality control principles: familiarity with quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques is essential. this includes understanding quality standards, statistical process control, inspection methods, and relevant regulations.
5.technical skills: proficiency in using various measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers and gauges. basic knowledge of testing equipment and software for quality control is also required.
6.attention to detail: being meticulous and thorough in inspecting and analyzing products or processes for defects or non-conformities is crucial for a quality control inspector.
7.analytical and problem-solving skills: the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and determine the root causes of quality issues is important. quality control inspectors should be able to propose effective solutions or process improvements.

duties and responsibilities:
1.direct and coordinate engineering department activities to design, manufacture, and test electronic products and systems

job requirements:
1.minimum of 8 years in r&d and product development with a focus on npd and the product development cycle from concept to production

duties:
creation of technical documents such as product specifications, user manuals, technical design requirements, firmware documentation, etc
review of technical documents ｃｒｅａｔｅd by the department to ensure they meet department and company requirements
updating of concord library and ensuring components used are accurate and up to date
ensuring all components ｃｒｅａｔｅd are named and ｃｒｅａｔｅd correctly based on department standards
making sure bom’s generated from altium are up to date, correct and uploaded to the company erp system
creation of sop (standard operating procedure) documents for review and approval
ensuring all correct documents (e.g. assembly, fabrication, drawings, etc) are generated and stored correctly when a project is completed
updating documents as requirements change
creation of various templates for use within the department


job requirements:
college degree or above
2 – 5 years experience with creating technical documents
1 year experience in altium concord library management (not an absolute as we can send the candidate for training in this regard)
experience with altium
ability to communicate fluently in english
