Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Direct and coordinate Engineering Department activities to design, manufacture, and test electronic products and systems
指导和协调电子工程部的电子产品和系统的设计、开发和测试；
2.Direct various department activities in the design of new products, modify existing designs, and developing appropriate test procedures

3.Ensuring products are ready for various certifications and working with independent testing labs to ensure products meet the required international standards

4.Assigning tasks and responsibilities to department staff as well as managing project deadlines and expectations

5.Direct personnel activities of the Electronic Engineering department, such as recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluations
完成部门的招聘、绩效评估等工作；
6.Liaising with suppliers to ensure specifications, ｄｅｌivery, and quality
与供应商保持联系，确保产品的规格、质量和准时交货；
7.Assist with new product design in all areas of electronic development such as circuit design, PCB design, and Firmware development as well as the development of various engineering documents
协助部门开发新产品，包括电路设计、PCB设计、固件开发和和工程文档的创建；
8.Assist production by providing support and ensuring the smooth assembly and integration of electronic designs in production projects
协助生产，为生产提供电子设计方面的支持，确保项目顺利完成；
9.Development of department policies and procedures

10.Coordinate product development across multiple departments and ensure the product satisfies the requirements of the various departments while focusing on cost reduction and ensuring on-time ｄｅｌivery

11.Review designs of other engineers and ensure they meet department standards as well as requirements for EMI and efficiency

12.Provide guidance and advice on new product developments through knowledge and research so as to ensure the correct information is provided to upper management for decisions.

Job Requirements:
1.Minimum of 8 years in R&D and product development with a focus on NPD and the product development cycle from concept to production

2.Familiar with using Altium Designer to aid in the design of schematics and PCB’s

3.Experience with leading a multi-cultural and multi-disciplined team of engineers (firmware, hardware, and software)

4.Familiar with system-level design. Able to look at the product as a whole and understand the various interactions of sub-systems

5.Knowledge of various certification requirements with an emphasis on CE certifications including EMI and EMC testing

7.A Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering (minimum) and fluent in English

8.10 years minimum work experience with 3 years in a management or leadership Role

9.Able to adjust to changing design requirements and remain flexible in designs

11.Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design with a focus on power systems
具备模拟和数字电路设计知识，尤其是电源系统；
12.Familiar with battery-powered systems as well as solar technology

13.Familiar with the design principles of EMC and proven practice of using those principles to pass certifications.

14.Design experience with battery ｃｈａｒgers, low-power circuit design, DC/DC converters, power and management methods.

15.Familiar with the design process from concept through board development and system integration
