工作职责:
1.Brand communication
execute brand communication & PR strategy and calendar based on global concept and timeline with the supervision by communciation function leader
Responsible for brand image exposure quality in China includes but not limit to visuals, content etc
Work with Marketing Head & communciation function leader to implement effective brand idea and stories to drive traffic during Campaigns / Events while strategically sustaining brand image, social buzz around Brand / Products
Lead internal/external communication project such as yearly comm. Idea, VI application, e-newsletter etc with comm. With Global
2.PR / e-PR management & execution
Plan execution and implement PR calendar base on PR strategies and plans through an integrated calendar for Brand / Products and Retail.
Develop and maintain strong media/KOL/celebrity relations to creates opportunities for positive free coverage & build-in for more brand/product exposure
Work with communciation function leader to implement effective PR angles / stories to ultimately allow brand to effectively and efficiently communicate our core concept messages, product information as well as brand event news drive traffic during Campaigns / Events while strategically sustaining PR buzz around Brand / Products
Responsible for content of all social/advertorial/editorial content and exposure on media/influencers
Work with digital/retail MKT team to ensure brand image and brand story delivery during brand campaign, social campaign, offline campaign etc
Monitor PR and related agencies work and perform quality check to meet company standard
Manage all samples for media shooting and events, both external and internal use
3.Brand Events
Lead all related brand events such as press conferences, media events, interviews, VVIP member advocator event that maximize brand and product exposure
Manage and monitor PR/event agency execution and timeline to maximize their quality service provision in a systematic approach
4.Financial
Help and assist communciation function leader to control allocated budget as set according to the Marketing Plan
Plan & Monitor budget expenses base on approved budget respecting company’s financial guidelines
Negotiate and develops quotations with vendors base on approved plan and budget by setting clear objectives and expectations with the utmost integrity
Prepare all financial documentation as set by finance dept for payment request and audit process and helps Marketing Director monitoring and tracking overall budget in an orderly / systematic approach with utmost integrity
任职资格:
1.Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must 2.Good Microsoft word/ excel/power point skills
3.Over 3 years of experience in related industry
4.Bachelor‘s degree or above
