Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets
Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the Sales Manager
Define & list potential customers
Develop new customer segment
Establish first contact and promote Mahr products, generate inqueries
Work out project proposals, explain and negotation with customers
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding their needs
Indentify emerging markets and markets shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
frequent travelling within China is required for customer visit
Provide weekly report and monthly report to Manager
Provide weekly forecast and monthly forecast for assigned customers
update sales forces as requested by company
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering, Metrology Technology or a related field;
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation and presentation skills
Positive mind-set, result-oriented, high level of initiative and integrity
Effectively bilingual in Chinese and English
Experience in metrology industrial is a plus
