Walraven is a fast-growing Dutch company which provide professional solution services in the global installation market. With the rapid development of our business in China, we are looking for a capable Area Sales Manager to join. You will need at least 5 years related experiences with strong business development skills.
Responsible region: South Region (Guang Zhou).
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager.
Your responsibilities
?You are responsible for the sale of our smart installation solutions to our distributors and end customers in the South China (Guang Zhou) region.
?Your biggest challenge is to get and keep the representatives of these distributors enthusiastic about our products and smart solutions.
?You will build out the strategic partnership that we have with distributors by supporting them with relevant information and advice, presentations, and customer-oriented service.
?You create demos together with the distributors and bring the results to the attention of the end customer.
?You represent Walraven at trade fairs.
?You draw up a sales plan in consultation with the Regional Sales Manager.
Main activities
?Drawing up sales plans, monitoring their progress and maintaining contacts with the buyers and sales managers of the distributors to discuss and possibly adjust this progress.
?Together with our engineers of the technical department, giving technical advice and presentations on the use of our products in practice.
?Together with the representatives of our distributors, visit the end users of our products and engage with them.
?Visiting and participating in trade fairs and open days, contributing to the preparation of the marketing and communication plan and its implementation.
?Internal consultation and coordinating activities within the sales and marketing team.
Qualifications:
?Bachelor’s degree or above.
?Minimum 5 years senior sales or account management experience from sizable multi-national corporations in the construction, installation, industrial machinery industries.
?Excellent Chinese and English oral, written and presentation skills with ability to present to senior level executives as well represent the company at public or industry events.
?Ability to comprehend and make significant contributions to development of business plans, including market strategies.
?Entrepreneurial attitude, leadership abilities, strong commercial sense, market analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills and open-minded, passionate.
?High level of integrity, honesty, team spirit and professionalism.
