main tasks & responsibilities / 主要任务和职责
?daily site operation including production, quality assessment, and warehouse functions
?organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
?monitor production to resolve issues
?supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
?determine the necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
?approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
?ensure output meets quality standards
?enforce health and safety precautions
?estimate costs and prepare budgets
?report to upper management
?continuous cost down and improvement to make on site as a role moｄｅｌ in group.

?over 10 years’ experience in metal parts manufacturing and over 5 years in a manager position
?knowledge of production management
?knowledge of quality standards, iso 9001 & 14001 systems
?knowledge of health & safety regulations
?knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
?experienced in reporting on key production metrics
?experienced in equipment maintenance and facility experience
?proficient in ms office and erp software
?outstanding communication ability
?excellent organizational and leaderships skills

?bsc/ba in a relevant field is preferred

your responsibilities
?you are responsible for the sale of our smart installation solutions to our distributors and end customers in the south china (guang zhou) region.
?your biggest challenge is to get and keep the representatives of these distributors enthusiastic about our products and smart solutions.
?you will build out the strategic partnership that we have with distributors by supporting them with relevant information and advice, presentations, and customer-oriented service.
?you ｃｒｅａｔｅ demos together with the distributors and bring the results to the attention of the end customer.

?you draw up a sales plan in consultation with the regional sales manager.

main activities
?drawing up sales plans, monitoring their progress and maintaining contacts with the buyers and sales managers of the distributors to discuss and possibly adjust this progress.

qualifications:
?bachelor’s degree or above.
?minimum 5 years senior sales or acｃｏｕｎｔ management experience from sizable multi-national corporations in the construction, installation, industrial machinery industries.
?excellent chinese and english oral, written and presentation skills with ability to present to senior level ｅｘｅｃutives as well represent the company at public or industry events.
?ability to comprehend and make significant contributions to development of business plans, including market strategies.
