与各个部门合作，解决生产现场生产的质量问题，持续推进工艺改善
Cooperate with multiple functions to resolve the quality issue of plant and continually promote the process improvement.
负责冷镦、冷弯成型等工艺技术工作，包括供应商模具的评审、作业指导书，工装图纸的建立，PFEMA,流程图等　 　 　 　 　 　
Response for the works of process engineer include the tooling review, work instruction, tooling drawing development, PFEMA and work flow and so on　 　 　 　
建立和规范模具管理规范和标准，模具寿命和工艺的持续改善
Establish and standardize tooling management specifications and standards, continuous improvement of tooling life and process
与工程合作，负责对工厂进行新工艺新产品的导入，新工装和新设备的选型，调试和验收 　 　 　 　
Cooperating with engineering to response for NPI and new process introduction, and define the type of new tooling and equipment, debugging and validating.
建立和维护工厂布局，参与现场规划和持续改进。
Establish and maintain plant layout, participate in ｍａｓｔｅｒ planning and continuous improvement.
建立和维护ERP系统的相关部分 (包括工艺路线、工时和材料定额) 　
Develop and maintenance data in the ERP system include routing, labor and materials weight

Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
本科以上学历，金属材料成型，机械等相关专业，经验丰富可以适当放宽
Bachelor degree or above, major in metal molding, machinery, etc.
在紧固件和光伏支架行业有超过8年的工艺工作经验
Over 8 years’ experience of process engineer in fastener and strut industry
具备良好的沟通及团队合作精神。
Good communication and team work spirit.
具备基本的英语沟通能力
Basic English oral skills
熟练使用办公软件和了解ERP系统
Experience in MS Office and ERP software
