岗位职责:
S/he responsible for TIKTOK brand livestreaming media content and consumer engagement:
60% - TIKTOK multi-brand media content management
-Drive traffic efficiency via content optimisation and iteration to reach the target audience, incl. target audience research, TIKTOK content ecosystem analysis, DP management and motivation, content test and learn, data tracking and iteration
-Collaboration with sales to convert the traffic from content to livestreaming
-Precipitation content system and methodology
30% - Consumer engagement
-Collaboration with MKT/EC mkt team to develop brand campaign and content to engage target audience
-Collaboration with sales to develop platform/store activities and content to engage target audience
-Be responsible for innovation test and learn to drive fast growth
10% - Ad-hoc EC/DTC projects
-Be part of project team to trial new business model test and building, related C2B innovation incubation, E2E media and content optimization, PPA design etc.
岗位要求:
Education
-College degree or above
Skills
-Excellent communication skills (verbal + written) both in Chinese and English
-Fluent MS office operation skills, i.e.: PPT, excel, teams, etc.
Working experiences:
-At least 5 year’s FMCG/Beauty EC related working experiences, plus in EC MKT & Media
-Drive for results and motivating partners
-Open to content creation, ambitious to grow fast and positive thinking
-Highly responsible for the work and learning agility
-Well organized and good planning, coordination & problem-solving skills
